Shipping policy

Delivery dates are not guaranteed as the USPS, weather, and other factors are outside of my control.

Unless otherwise noted, in-stock orders usually ship within 2-5 business days of being placed.  Made-to-order items may take 2-3 weeks to ship after they are finalized. Orders containing a mix of in-stock and made-to-order items will ship when all items are ready. Some custom orders may have different delivery schedules which will be disclosed prior to finalizing the order.

US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.  Standard shipping on all orders up to $75 cost a flat rate of $5 per order. Orders over $75 ship FREE. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Orders should arrive 2-7 days after shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided. International shipping is not available at this time.

If your package is damaged during shipping, please document the damage and contact me within 7 days of receipt. Most items ship insured. Please provide me with details and photos of the damage so that I can file a claim and refund your purchase. Sherri O Designs is not responsible for missing packages that tracking shows have been delivered. Call your local post office, provide the tracking number, and they can give you delivery details (including GPS coordinates, where the package was left, etc.). They can also assist you in filing a police report for mail theft.
