Refund policy

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email me right away. With the exception of some clearance items and custom orders, all items may be returned for a refund. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in its original condition within 40 days. Upon receipt, the full purchase price will be refunded, less any shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that returned items are shipped with tracking and insurance, as items lost or damaged in the return mail will not be refunded.

To ensure speedy delivery of your purchase, work on custom orders begins soon after ordering.  Because of this, custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of ordering.  Cancellations or returns requested after this time may incur a fee of 10%.
